We will begin our tour with a pickup from Gorakhpur and proceed to our destination of Pokhara via Lumbini. Lumbini is a UNESCO World Heritage UNESCO site that has been classified since 1997. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha where his mother, Queen Mahama- yadevi, gave birth to him on approximately 563 BC. You’ll have the opportunity to see major sights in Lumbini including the Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, World Peace Pagoda, Myanmar Golden Temple, Lumbini Museum, and China Temple. Once we have seen everything we want to see at Lumbini we will make our way on to Pokhara.
